Street Genius Live 1st Edition Contestant Condition

No Existing Recording Agreement

By participating in Street Genius Live 1st Edition, I, hereby represent and warrant that I am not currently signed to, or bound by, any exclusive recording agreement or contract with any record label, publisher, or other entity that would restrict my ability to participate in Street Genius Live 1st Edition or grant the rights granted herein.

I acknowledge and agree that if I am selected as a winner or participant in the Event, I will not be subject to any existing recording agreement that would interfere with my ability to fully participate in the event, including but not limited to:

– Recording and performing original music
– Releasing music through the Event’s affiliated labels or partners – Participating in promotional activities and events

I understand that if I am found to be in breach of this condition, I may be disqualified from the Event and/or required to return any prizes or awards received.
